Use this form to notify MachineAttachments about specific content that you believe is illegal. Please identify the exact content and explain the legal issue clearly enough for us to assess the notice. This form is for illegality reports, not ordinary product corrections or buyer–seller disputes.
What to include
- The exact URL of the listing, profile or other content.
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
- The relevant legal basis or other context, if known.
- Your name and email where appropriate so we can confirm receipt and communicate a decision. If the law permits an identity-free notice for a particular category of offence, you may omit those fields.
- A declaration that you believe the information in the notice is accurate and complete in good faith.
What happens next
We assess notices in a timely, diligent and objective manner. We may request clarification where a notice is not sufficiently precise. Where applicable, we will inform the reporter of the outcome and affected users of the main reason for a restriction. Affected users may request review by replying to the decision or contacting the legal contact address in the Legal Notice.
